deviantART Muro: Kind of cool art tool. Might be useful for kids who want to create didgital art work for project.

Screencastify: My fave! I would encourage you to have them create their slides and then voice over the slides using screencastify -- in the long run it is a way more sophisticated approach than Adobe Voice. They should save the presentations in Drive.

Not Chrome but...

PowToon: Not as slick as Adobe Voice but still kind of fun for a kid who is willing to force fit some information. You need to create an account but it is free.
